What is One Stop® Xtreme All in One?
One Stop® Xtreme has been formulated to replace the use of numerous supplements, allowing bodybuilders to simply take one shake and know their nutritional needs are covered, alongside a balanced and healthy diet.
We use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. One Stop® Xtreme also contains LactoSpore®, a friendly bacteria.

Mix 145g, which is approximately four and a half level 60ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub) with 600ml of water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup or blender.
We recommend on training days that one serving is taken mid-morning between meals and one serving after a workout.
On non-training days take two servings, one mid-morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals.
This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.
This product is not suitable for those under 18.
One Stop® Xtreme delivers 55 g protein, 10.3 g BCAA's, 73g low GI carbohydrates, 5,000 mg Creapure® Creatine, LAB2PRO® friendly bacteria and Digezyme® digestive enzyme complex.
